WHO WE ARE
Kansas CattleWomen is a statewide network of women connected by a shared purpose: to promote and protect the beef industry through education, advocacy, and service.
We are ranchers, educators, entrepreneurs, and advocates working together to support Kansas agriculture and the communities that keep it strong.
We proudly affiliate with the American National CattleWomen (ANCW), giving our members access to national programs, resources, and a wider voice for the beef industry.
Our Story
Kansas has always been cattle country, yet for years it did not have a CattleWomen chapter of its own. In 2025, a small group of women saw the opportunity to change that.
Lauren Moylan, Justine Johns, and Megan Anguiano gathered women from across the state who shared a passion for beef and community, and together they established Kansas CattleWomen.
Women with backgrounds in ranching, education, advocacy, law, marketing, and youth development came together with one purpose. They wanted to build a place where Kansas women could connect, lead, and serve the beef industry.
That moment marked the beginning of a new chapter for Kansas. A chapter focused on community, leadership, and the future of beef.
