KANSAS CATTLEWOMEN PRESENTS
Women In Ag Leadership Summit
Kansas City, Kansas - November 13-14, 2026
Maybe you've built a career in agriculture and become the person everyone counts on. You know the operation, the business, the people, and the decisions that have to get made. Your plate is full because you can handle it.
Maybe you are managing a ranch and a career. Maybe you are the one making things run behind the scenes, but you are still figuring out how to be heard when decisions move to the front of the room.
Maybe you have an idea for a business, a board seat, a bigger role, or a new way to serve this industry. You can see the opportunity. You just haven't had time to step back, find the right people, and work out what comes next.
Or maybe you're doing well on paper and still feel ready for more. More responsibility with actual authority. More confidence in the conversations that matter. More relationships outside the circle you already know.
Agriculture teaches us how to work hard. It doesn't always give us time to stop and develop the skills, perspective, and network that let us lead at the level we're capable of.
You can keep waiting for a quiet season. You know how that goes.
THIS NOVEMBER, PUT YOUR OWN GROWTH ON THE CALENDAR.
For two days, Kansas CattleWomen is bringing women from across the industry together in Kansas City to talk about the work behind leadership: making decisions, building influence, handling change, telling our story, and supporting the people who carry agriculture forward.
Come ready to learn. Come ready to meet people whose work looks nothing like yours and whose perspective might be exactly what you need. Come ready to be part of a bigger conversation about where women in agriculture go from here.
WHEN WAS THE LAST TIME YOU MADE TIME TO THINK ABOUT YOUR OWN LEADERSHIP?
THE WHOLE POINT
THE INDUSTRY NEEDS MORE LEADERS WILLING TO STEP UP
What if we built a room that made the next move easier?
A room where the woman who runs cattle can talk with the woman making decisions in animal health. Where a student can sit next to a board chair. Where the person growing a family operation can compare notes with someone building a career in ag finance, marketing, research, or policy.
A room where we can talk seriously about the business of agriculture and the people doing the work. Where leadership is more than a title and networking is more than collecting names.
That is the idea behind this summit. We are bringing women together across roles, ages, and sectors to build skills, widen our perspective, and make connections that can lead to actual opportunities. The setting is Kansas City. The point is what we do with the relationships and ideas once we leave it.
