July 25th Summer Event Ticket - Dodge City, KS
A full day built for women who are serious about their role in agriculture, their leadership, and where they’re headed next.
This isn’t a sit-in-a-room-and-listen kind of event. This is a full Dodge City experience. You’re moving, seeing, asking questions, and getting real exposure to how this industry actually operates in Southwest Kansas.
From the first stop of the day to the last stop that night, everything is designed to give you a deeper understanding of the industry and a stronger connection to the women in it.
What This Day Looks Like
The day begins at 9:00 AM.
We’ll meet at the sale barn, where you’ll park for the day and board the bus to head out for our first stop.
From there, you’ll spend the day moving through multiple parts of the industry, not just hearing about it.
You can expect:
First Industry Tour
We’ll kick off the day by heading out to our first operation, starting with one of our planned stops: a Southwest Kansas dairy. This gives you a behind-the-scenes look at a sector of the industry many don’t often get access to.
Return to the Sale Barn + Lunch
After the first stop, we’ll return to the sale barn for lunch and conversation. You’ll hear directly from women involved in the operation and have time to connect, ask questions, and learn how cattle move through this part of the industry.
Second Industry Tour
From there, we’ll head back out for our second planned stop: TBA
On-the-Bus Conversations
The time in between stops is part of the experience. You’ll hear real conversations about the realities of ranching and farming in this region, from resource challenges to operational decisions.
Built-In Time to Connect
This day is intentionally designed to avoid surface-level networking.
Between travel, lunch, and dinner, you’ll have real time to connect with women who are building careers, businesses, and operations in agriculture.
Dinner + Evening Experience
Following the tours, we’ll come back together for dinner in Dodge City.
This is your space to slow down, process what you saw throughout the day, and continue conversations with the group.
And then, if you want the full experience, the night keeps going.
Flatland Cavalry will headline the official Dodge City Days concert that evening.
7:30 PM | United Wireless Arena | Dodge City, KS
We’ve built this so you can move straight from the KCW experience into a night out with the same group. Transportation will be coordinated, making it a seamless transition from dinner to the concert and into the evening.
Your ticket includes access to a reserved seating section, along with the ability to move down to the floor during the concert, giving you flexibility to experience it however you want.
We have also reserved additional concert and afterparty tickets. If you’d like to invite a spouse or guests to join you for the evening, snag an evening events only ticket option.
There will also be an optional afterparty for those who want to keep the night going.
